Construction of new single story pod within existing office park with gym, toilet/changing and café faciltities. The building was constructed using ICF, insulated concrete formwork system, clad with vertical compsite cladding, zinc feature cladding and membrane roofing. Aluminium windows & doors, new M&E systems and external customer parking.
