The exhibit brought together an incredible mix of people, sharing stories that make a real impact. One highlight was hearing from Stephanie Alexander, an Automotive Engineer and Race Marshall, who shared her journey from working with Bosch to becoming a Race Marshall. Her story showed young people what’s possible in fields that might not have seemed attainable and reminded us of all of the power of representation.

In our latest work, we are assisting E.ON with the construction of an energy centre for an NHS hospital in Nottingham. This month's blog post explores how thermal energy from 76 250-meter-deep boreholes is being used to provide heating to the hospital, with a focus on the innovative roof design that protects the building from harsh temperatures all year round.
