Claywood Construction Ltd. undertook enabling works for King Pins at the Trafford Centre in Manchester, transforming 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space. This £850k project involved internal demolitions, the installation of a new mezzanine with staircases, and the creation of a sleek glazing façade with new entrances. The project also required the temporary removal of the Trafford Plaza façade to facilitate the lifting of large materials into the building. All works were completed in close collaboration with the centre's management team, adhering to strict operational protocols to minimise disruption.
