Enabling works to existing 100,000 sqft retail facilties, comprising of internal demolitions, new internal mezzanine with staircases, and new glazing façade and entrances to the units along with temproary removal of the Trafford Plaza façade to enable large materials to be lifted into the building for the works. Works undertaken in conjunction with centres management team and strict protocols.
